I got the best room they had for a anniversary for my wife which was like 250 dollars and it had a so called jacuzzi in it that would have been cleaner to swim in a pond. The door looked like it had been kicked in probally from a drug bust. My mother and 80 year old grandmother come to help me set things up for my wife and the staff acted like they were there for a party and said they could only stay for 5 minutes. It was the worst ran nastiest most god awful place I have ever stayed. Bottom line don't stay because you might get kicked out by the health dept

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! ...when i arrived there was no lighting in the parking lot at 11 p.m.(pretty freaking scary for a young single mom, with her 3 year old daughter, and a cocker spaniel) . then it took the girl almost an hour to get me checked into a room that already had people in it! not to mention that they couldnt figure out how to make keys for the rooms--so she was manually letting everyone at the hotel in personally, every time that they came in and out! next... she couldnt print me out a reciept! then when we finally got into our room.... the place was nasty! the shower needed scrubbed, the floor next to the sink was wet, the curtains didnt close all of the way, there was only one working light in the room(from over the sink) and no one could get ahold of me in the room-- and i couldnt call out to contact anyone else either... so i had to use my cell phone to call around and try to figure out a place to eat at midnight! and then on top of it all i had to call information a hundred times because there was no phonebook in the room(no bible either). the place was horrible!!!! then at checkout the next morning ... still no reciept available and then i was given directions 30 miles in the wrong direction.... i would have preferred an "i have no idea"or a "i donno" as apposed to driving an extra hour! on an already long journey!

I wanted to check out but was told since I was there over 30 minutes, I would not get a refund. The room had bugs. The bathroom was nasty. Tub needed scrubbing. The floor was filthy. The carpet had dirt and was wet by the door close to the air conditioning. Talked to the person at the desk and he would not tell me how to make a complaint. I made a complaint to the manager the next day. Did not receive a refund. Would never stay at the motel again. Would tell anyone that asked me just how bad it is. I have been to many motels of different calibers and this is the worse. I will stay just about anywhere that is clean. Was not able to even get someone to answer phone from the room so had to use my cell phone to call. There was 2 lights working but lights by the bed did not work and toilet kept running when flushed. There was no bible or phone book in the room.

I hope someday soon, the health dept or whoever takes care of these situations will close them down or sale to another chain or type of business.

This was so bad I called the health department.
Roaches in the room, hair all over the bathroom
floor, stained bedding with cigarette burns.
No safety chains, no clocks
