Located very close to Midwestern University and the mall. Newer 3-story hotel with large rooms. There is a nice exercise room. The complimentary breakfast is an average BW one.

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed having a clean room. It is located close to the mall and a lot of restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel one night while passing through and found it to be quite comfortable, especially the bed. Pool was closed for renovations while we were there and the building shows some wear although it is new with the Best Western group. There are several restaurants and stores nearby in walking distance. We ate at the BBQ place and it was good. Overall this hotel suited our needs for an overnighter.

we made a reserve at the last minute. we didnt know anything about the hotel but we were going on the "Best Western" name thinking it would be OK.
Seems there was some confusion about a room for us and we had to wait while they found one clean although it was about 7pm. Finally put us in a suite which was very nice to the eye. Actually looked more expensive than a Best Western.
The surprise was we were awakened at 2:30 a.m. with many loud voices yelling in the hallways
we became quite concerned and considered getting up and leaving. We were not familar with Wichita Falls and did not know the area of town we were in. The noise was so loud that I believed the night clerk had to have heard but it continued for 30 min. or more. Someway it quieted down and I dont know if it happened because of complaints. we did not call the front desk..just considered leaving. I don't think we would stay there again.
