As soon as I walked in, I thought "big mistake". The check-in was so unprofessional. I ask for help with our luggage and she got the attention of a teen sitting in the lobby at a computor and he acted "put-out". He put our luggage on a big rack and wheeled it down the hall (which did not smell fresh and the carpet was ragged) and he stopped at the end of some stairs. I said , "where is the elevator?" He said it was broke and he didn't even attempt to help take our luggage upstairs, I had to ask him. We got to the room and it was very small and so out of date and dark. My mom stayed in the room while I went across the street to Holiday Inn Express to look at a room (which was awsome) I went back to check out. And of course the teen did not like it cause I ask him to take our luggage back down. And the hot breakfast was a joke. A small buffet was set up in the lobby with I think 3 tables. I would not eat anything prepared in that place. The lady let me check out an got all my money back. It was $50 a nite. You know the saying "You get what you pay for" I would not have stayed there free.
