When we checked in (at 11:30 pm after a 16 hour drive), I was informed that hotels.com had double-booked us. Fortunately, the fabulous employees of Comfort Suites stayed on top of the situation and after 2 days were able to confirm for me that I was no longer being charged for 2 rooms. Rechelle is especially fantastic - so friendly, so smart and what a great memory. She is probably one of the most personable people I've ever met - give her a raise. At the least, make sure you keep her happy because, based on the other reviews that include her name, she's a reason why travelers keep coming back! Hint: book your room through the hotel itself or through choice hotels - not through expedia or hotels.com. What a headache - the hassle wasn't worth whatever I may have saved - not even sure I would've saved anything ;-((
