On May 30, 2009 day shift there was an extremely rudy lady working in the office. We were trying to help our children out as they are wanting to relocate to TX. We paid for them a room through May 30. We paid in full and bright and early in the morning they locked our children out who have 2 small children of their own. The hotel owed US $160.00 in taxes because we had paid them for an entire month. The girl at the front desk at first tried to lie and say the taxes had already been creditied but, when I made her pull the bill she said oh, it will be credited May31,Now which is it I asked her?? She was lying she knew the hotel owed us money but, they still locked our childrenn out until we could get off work and come pay. They aslo charged $25.00 late fee even though they owed us money. This hotel owner needs to realize the people working for him are rude, disrepectful, and can not do simple math when speaking with customers. Your hotel needs help! We know a lot of people in this area and are going to make sure they know the poor customer service we received at this hotel to ensure this does not happen to anyone else!
