LQ advertises comfy beds??? Well not so much. My Mom and I stayed in a suite last weekend. Bed was so hard it hardly qualified as a bed. Sofa sleeper was nothing but springs with a piece of fabric over the top. We were miserable. I shared the level of discomfort with the lady at the desk on my way out. I honestly didn't want anything (other than to never come back) but she asked, with attitude, if I wanted a credit. I said sure. She offered $25. I said I would take it but that I would not return again in the future. At that time, she refused to assess the $25 credit. Who cares, it was worth $25 to compain. She continued running her mouth even as I walked out the door. I wish I could remember her name but its also good to know she is forgettable. To top of the stay, the AC in the room and the ice maker outside the door were both very noisy. Don't stay here. There are newer/better hotels across the hwy. Do want to say that the girl who checked us in was very helpful.
