Never made it past check in at this horrible hotel. After a 6+ hour drive I was exhausted and just wanted to check in and go to sleep with my husband. We had booked a room through priceline.com. The front desk "manager" Jordan Eiben stated that when people booked through priceline they were only give a room with two double beds. A double bed is too small for two people to sleep on. I requested a room with a larger bed but was treated rudely and was told there was no one else available, like a manager for me to speak too. Jordan Eiben literally said, "that's what you get when you book with priceline." I telephoned priceline and they contacted Jordan Eiben. He again refused to give us a room with a queen bed or larger. The lady from priceline also stated Jordan Eiben was rude to her as well. My only option was to pay $40 for an additional room and only a smoking room was available. We chose to leave and stay somewhere else. Priceline gave us a voucher for the money we paid for the room because we had such a bad experience at the La Quinta and with Jordan Eiben. DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE SO RUDE. We went down the street to a Best Western and were treated very kindly. We DO recommend that hotel.
