Made reservation w/manager, explained oilfield workers would be arriving very late in a.m., and he garanteed 2 rooms. Rooms were given away by receptionist and I was charged for two rooms. Manager will not honor mistake. BEWARE!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We had everything from roaches to rude management. Upon entering our room, we discovered the previous guest's cookie container in a dresser drawer. We returned from dinner one night to discover a four foot puddle inside our hotel room in front of the air conditioner unit. I went to the office to inform the desk clerk of the problem and switch rooms. He grabbed a stack of old towels and handed them to me with the instructions to clean up the puddle myself. I told him that it was not my responsibility as the customer to clean up their room. He rudely informed me that he had no other rooms available and didn't know what I wanted him to do. Then the manager got involved and the situation got worse. He came up to the room and placed the towels over the puddle. He tried to argue with us that the leak was not coming from the air conditioner unit (we have it on video leaking). We again asked for a different room or at least a discount on our less than satisfactory accommodations. He said he would get back to us. While we waited, a roach crawled out of the air conditioner unit. My husband caught the roach and took it to the office. Unbelievably, the manager accused us of letting the roach in the room! No other rooms were available so we were forced to spend the night in a room with a giant puddle and roaches. We will never stay here again, and don't recommend that you do either!!

Cheap but not worth the money.

Awful property. When we went to check out (after viewing our rooms) the desk clerk was rude and did not agree to return our money. Legal action pending. Avoid at all costs.
