The title of our review says it all. Yes, the room was small (queen bed only room), but it looked very clean and smelled nice. Has ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc. Clean newer looking furniture. Good carpet.

Free breakfast was fine. Scrambled eggs (like those which are smooth like custard and broken up to look scrambled, but I like them), bacon (too greasy), sausage, and lots of carb crap, as usual.

My only criticism: c'mon.....add more soap. ONE small bar doesn't cut it for both a sink area and a separate bathroom. Got military rate for $85.

We stayed in Uvalde, Texas at the Quality Inn. We had stayed there before but this hotel got a much needed renovation. My children even notice the nice new carpet. The pool was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The complimentary Hot breakfast was a nice surprise, usually when hotels advertise Hot they just mean waffles. This hotel had bacon, sausage, egg aside from the usual waffles cereal etc etc etc. We truely enjoyed this hotel.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms and surroundings were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was connecting to the internet. The wireless network would just not work and the front desk did not answer the phone. This was about 10pm.

We stayed for one night on our way to Big Bend. The hotel is clean and the staff were freindly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was better than most freebies.
