“Nasty”

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm not hard to please at all and I was blown away with this hotel, and not in a good way. The men the front desk were rude and
Not friendly. The room was old and
Not worth the money to stay in. The furniture had marks all
Over it. The pillows on the bed were hard and so uncomfortable. I
Would say they need to work on everything to
Do with this hotel. Especially the out dated rooms and the front desk!

“There are better choices in Tyler.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 August 2011 via mobile

We stayed one night as a layover location for part of our trip. We originally chose this hotel because of the good reviews.  We called and spoke to the night employee who was very difficult to understand because of his heavy accent from overseas. He said he would honor my corp discount which he failed to do and said he couldn't correct it when I reminded him. The hotel is difficult to see and find at night due to poor signage. I understand everyone is trying to conserve energy, however they should leave a the a/c on in a few rooms they expect to fill. Our room was hot and took forever to cool down when all we wanted to do was get bed; my wife, 2 1/2 yr old and myself. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on our way back which was an excellent stay for close to the same price using Hotwire selecting a three star hotel.

“Amazing, helpful staff!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 July 2011

My stay was great! Our room was very clean with many amenities, including microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable and clean! Above all, the staff, particularly Shaleen Virk, were most helpful, friendly and accommodating.

“horrible experience”

We stayed at the Ramada Inn in Tyler Texas while my brother was in ICU at the hospital. The rooms were outdated and very old! When we checked out we were overcharged!!! We were charged one rate for one room and another rate for the other room, with all kinds of additional fees. It was very horrible experience for us! I will never ever stay there again and I do not recomend anyhone to this hotel!

Room Tip: check your bill!!!

In December/January we updated our rooms with new bedding and linen. Each room was painted with an accent wall. We have added several new suites that our guest have come to love. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our billing and only charge what the guest incur with no additional fees. If an error in the rate is found it is corrected to reflect the correct rate.

“DO NOT STAY HERE-ITS FILTHY”

I went to Tyler with two of my colleagues. Me and another friend stayed at this Ramada. I have no words to express how disasterous this stay was. nothing was right, rude staff, even worse manager lady, filthy rooms, dirty pools, unhygenic restaurant. I tried complaining but it fell on deaf ears. My advice to everyone going to Tyler "please stay away from Ramada inn"
