My partner and I planned a romantic getaway and decided to stay at the Hampton. I was going to pay cash therefore I called early in the week prior to my arrival to confirm cash policy. I was told I can pay cash with a $100 room deposit which I was fine with me. Well I arrived at 11:30pm to check in and the old caucasion lady refused to check me in because I was a cash guest! The front desk employees need to get on the same page, and NEVER refuse business. What makes it worse is I told her I was cash guest, she didnt even pay attention she just continied her conversation with another young lady employee then asked for the credit card on file. They are very unproffesional!

I always stay at Hilton properties, mainly for points and their beds. The bed here was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The carpeting seemed old, dirty and sticky. The breakfast was skimpy, even for a Hampton Inn. The ice machines worked poorly and the swimming pool was closed down.

Stayed one night and it was fine. Booked a king suite but when we got there they did not have any. But before I could complain, they said we would not be charged for our stay and put us in a room with 2 queen beds. How can you argue with that?!
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator (which I always ask not to be) but we did not hear it, it was very quiet. Bathroom was fine.
Breakfast was included and that was just ok. They did have something that resembled a fried egg but it did not look good to me, so I did not have it. Stuck with the bagel. The guy keeping the breakfast stocked was very nice and helpful.

I had an interesting stay here. The front desk staff bent over backwards to get me a place to stay. I had some issues, but the staff worked them out. I would stay here again.
