My partner and I planned a romantic getaway and decided to stay at the Hampton. I was going to pay cash therefore I called early in the week prior to my arrival to confirm cash policy. I was told I can pay cash with a $100 room deposit which I was fine with me. Well I arrived at 11:30pm to check in and the old caucasion lady refused to check me in because I was a cash guest! The front desk employees need to get on the same page, and NEVER refuse business. What makes it worse is I told her I was cash guest, she didnt even pay attention she just continied her conversation with another young lady employee then asked for the credit card on file. They are very unproffesional!
