I have been living here for two months. The environment is a home away from home. The managers are very professional. The staff is very friendly. The housekeepers are very neat in the way they prepare and keep up with the rooms. The entire facility is awesome. I ve never been to a hotel where things are so relaxing and clean. Thinking about staying longer.

Stayed here for 2 days in mid-september 2011 and I can safely say this hotel is the worst one I've been to in 20+ years of traveling. The wireless internet is SLOOOWWWWWWWWWW. We're talking 50 kb/s maximum, which means a 4mb MS Word document takes over 5 minutes to download, and Youtube took ~20 minutes per video. The room I was booked was also filthy. It's obvious the housekeeping staff makes no effort whatsoever to clean the rooms. To top it all off, the walls are paper thin so you're subjected to loud neighbors 24/7. If you're in this area and this hotel is the only one available, I'd suggest camping under an overpass on highway 59. It's more comfortable, cleaner, and quieter.

I have been in hotels around the world, but this was the worst! The free internet was non-existant, the room was filthy and the bed was crawling with bugs. The sheets were so old you could see through them. The non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in many times and it reeked. The countertops had been painted and there was water damage in the bath and kitchen. Only half the outlets worked. The staff was not too happy to see us or help us and I feel it was a racial thing. I would never EVER stay here again!

The room appeared clean until further inspection revealed: Open Magnum condom wrapper under the bed, nasty ring around the bathroom sink, our stay was from Tues - Sun they claimed they clean every 7 days. Nonsense! We had to request someone to clean the room and the job still was not done properly. I would not recommend anyone to these suites.
