We reserved three king suites for a weekend based upon TravelAdvisor reviews. Check-in was extremely fast with the paperwork pre-prepared and the keys already programmed. Our room had a letter with a handwritten welcome signed by the housekeeper to make us feel welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool and hot tub were excellent (we had it to ourselves for about one hour). The bed was very comfortable and had a full comforter (as opposed to so many that only have a small, partial bedspread). The breakfast buffet area was staffed with a very friendly gentleman who took pride in keeping everything clean and well stocked, and the chairs and tables orderly.

I travel ALOT and stay in hotels very frequently. This was one of the nicest of the lower cost hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

First we checked into the La Quinta next door but checked out within 5 minutes. The Hampton Inn next door was old- it didn't have sliding doors to the entrance. Hotel was old but had been renovated. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very nice. I paid $90 for the night. Papadeaux was 50 yards away and well within walking distance.

This hotel is a great place to stay.. The breakfast is really good. Continental, but had alot to choose from. There are restaurants in walking distance. The beds are fantastic. We were very pleased with everything. I will recomend it to my friends and we will stay there again.

This hotel is considered an "opportunity" hotel and has just the basics. For the rate of $74, there are other hotel options in the area that would be a giant step up at a lower cost. I found it appealing, only for the location near my client's business location. I wouldn't stay at this Hampton again.
