I stayed in room 108 with my husband and young son for an extended weekend. We loved that the beach was only a few steps away from the back door, but that is where the positives end. The moment we stepped inside, we were immediately disappointed. The condo was tiny, and smelled terrible like mildew. Someone had sprayed a ton of air freshener in the condo prior to our arrival, most likely to conceal the odor, but it didn't work. The furniture is old and worn out. The bathroom is out-dated, tiny, and felt dirty just because it was so old. The beds were as hard as rocks, and the corners of the bedframes stuck out to the point that I cut my ankle on the bed on our first day there. The outside entry way that leads to the front door was also dirty and stinky, and had dead roaches laying all over the place. It was strange that you had to walk down a long dark hallway to get to the front door of the condo. Also, the sliding glass back door does not open properly and the locks do not work on it. You have to wedge a paice of wood into the metal track to "lock" it. The vertical blinds on the back door are missing several slats, so anyone passing be can easily look in. Being on the first floor was a plus. Take note that although the beach is right outside the back door, it cannot be seen due to a large hill. You must walk around the hill to access the beach. The pool area was pretty nice, although small. The beach is the only thing that made the whole trip worth it. That is where we spent most of our time. We wanted to spend as little time inside the condo as possible.
