Check in was flawless. The condo was renovated and very nice. Service from the Windjammers dinning room was fantastic. Had lots of fun in the Quarterdeck club.

The rooms in the main part of the hotel are nice enough, however the rooms that are adjacent to the pool look like they were taken out of a 1980's motel. The floors and bathrooms were drab and dirty.

Oh, and if you aren't able to return all of your room keys, you won't get your deposit back.

We've stayed at many properties on South Padre Island and the Isla Grand is by far the best. Everything you need is right there. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great views from very nice rooms! Highly Recommend!!

I honestly have to say it was a great vacation, the staff at the hotel was very nice and accommodating, we have a little girl and there were plenty of activities for her to do during the day. The food was delicious and I love the atmosphere, very family oriented. I love the fact that you have the beach right there or if you are not so fun of the sand like me…to can always launch on the poll. We also enjoy a night out at the bar, great drinks and the price was very affordable. I had so much fun I’m planning to go back during the spring. Thank you guys!!!!!! Keep up the good work.
