we booked this hotel because everything else was full, it was not bad, it looked like it needed a good amount of repair, but the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, was a fair price, the beds were pretty hard and uncofortable.

I never actually stayed the night here but when I cancelled my room they still charged me and would not give my money back. The first person I talked to had extremely good customer service but when he transfered me to the manager (who was not really a manager) they told me I was a liar and would not return the money then hung up on me while I was talking. I will never go to another rodeway again.

People partying all night kids running every place. Called front desk and they just laughed. This had to be the worst place that I had ever stayed.

We were shown one decent room with all amentities, but given a different one with no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot. Roaches were in the drawers. The bed felt like sleeping on the springs. The room appeared worn and battered. People were partying outside all night and they wouldn't make them stop. The pool was closed. The breakfast had one small table, 3 mismatched chairs, no coffee, and no fruit. They refused to compensate us until we really pushed the issue. Then they claimed our original quote was the discount offered for the inconvenience. We booked 3 nights, but stayed only 1. We will never go back again.
