Filthy hotel. Checking in hotel staff was fighting with each other. Dirty chairs in room and in labby. Television set in room did not work correctly. Topper was toilet paper wad on top of mirror. Had reservation for two nights canceled room for next night. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We checked in at 1:30 pm and on my resevation it stated a roll a way bed. Talked with the lady at the desk and she stated that it would get taken care of. Well we had graduation to attend to so we arrived back at the hotel with no roll away. This was 9:00 pm at night and I went to talk to the attendent and she went to see if they had one. Well 9:30 at night she knocks on the door wit a handful of blankets for my son to sleep on. Needless to say he was not happy. When I went to check out the next morning it was the same clerk told her about the problem and no I'm sorry or anything. Then I had two rooms reseved and when I checked in I told the clerk that the people checking into the other room will pay for it them selves. needless to say they charged bothrooms to me so here is another battle. also very small pillows and worn out beds.

For some reason it received decent reviews on TripAdvisor, so we gave it a shot and booked on the way. Motel 6 is definitely a step up from this place. We were tired and didn't want to switch, but were very tempted to even though it was 10PM at nite. We wore our shoes the entire time, even in the shower. I kept peeking out the window all nite to see if our car was assaulted or stolen. If you appreciate clean, safe places, avoid this La Quinta. Yikes !
I think the patch of rubber we left in the parking lot when we floored it outta there at 7AM the next morning will be there for years to come. A true example of America in decline.
