The service at this hotel was Excellent! The rooms were very clean & accommodating. Peggy Smith at the front desk is an asset to this company. I will definitely stay here again!

Staff is rude. Over priced dump of a motel. When I decided to check out and go else they refused to refund my credit card. I call Best Western customer service which in turn called them to help resolve the issue. The response they got was that they were too busy to refund my card. DON'T EVEN BOTHER. Save your time and money.

This hotel was not bad, I have seen worse....Trust me, I travel all over the United States. This hotel did not have any frills, not the spot for romance. Texas Road House is right next door. Parking is sufficent and hotel has exterior doors, two stories. Overall room was average clean, I do agree with the other review, the carpets do make your white socks BLACK!! This room would not have passed my white glove inspection, but has all the amenities for a night stay. And I have NEVER had a check-in as fast as I did tonight, I do give KUDOS to their check-in process!!! A PLUS!!!

We chose this hotel because of it's location, but will not make that mistake again. The carpet was filthy and sheets were dingy. Right after we arrived, our daughter's feet were black after just a few minutes with her shoes off. No good solution from the front desk either. Also the "high speed" internet is anything but and the free breakfast leaves much to be desired. If you're traveling to San Angelo, try to book early at the Staybridge, Holiday Inn or Comfort Suites. These are the best options by far.
