The room was comfortable and quiet and conveniently located however, the staff and management made very little effort to deal with minor issues and didn't seem to care whether they were resolved or not. One gentleman was told (3 times) to keep trying the door key that he wasn't doing it properly when in fact the problem was the batteries in the door lock. The computer was extremely slow (30 minutes to check one email) and was not fixed during our one week stay. Another person was given very poor driving instructions to an address. If planning on staying for several days or a week, ensure that the fee is negotiated in advance.

the hotel is nice, location right on the texas coast, has all the ammenities: frig., coffee maker, microwave. the rooms are large, neat, the bathroom is roomy, neat but not really clean, not dirty, maybe just old and worn out. the landscaping is beautiful, really nice, spread out not crowded, looks more like a resort or condos than a hotel. The walls are too thin though, I could hear our nieghbors, I mean like I could join in their conversation, hear not only that they were talking but what they were saying. the continental breakfast was generous and free with eggs, meat, cereal the works, but there was no seating room, we had to stand and wait about 15 or 20 minutes to get it and then we ended up taking it to our room because there was no where to sit.
So, the price was cheap, your needs are met, but they have there issues.

It is very affordable for a great location near Fulton Pier.

A full breakfast - cooked to order is included and they

also include complimentary wine for happy hour.

Our room included a micro fridge. The staff was wonderful

and we would most certainly stay again and recommend to friends.

This Best Western is okay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was made to order, which was pretty good. The room was clean but kind of old. Noisy window unit. Ice maker was broken. Ice was provided in the kitchen area.
