me and my wife have been going to this facility for three years and it has always been very clean and and very comfortable place to stay at. the people there are very nice and are very easy to talk to . we got there at about one in the morning on Friday morning and the person that helped us was very nice . it is a great place to stay they are great !!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a great place to stay, for a big family. The place is kid friendly.

This was our first time staying here at the Sportsman Manor. It was very relaxing .The staff were very nice and made our stay very comfortable. The fishing pier was great.Love the view and the closeness to the water. The prices was very good for what we stayed. less than 300.00 for 7 days that was awesome did not want to leave. I recommend this motel to anyone who wants a break from your daily lives. Picinc area was great too. Sat out there late night just chillin. Had fun on the pool tables too. Please if you are on a budget and are wanting to go to a nice relaxing place in Rockport "this is your place". Close to alot of stores and restaurants too. We plan on visiting here more often.

Our family comes here on a yearly basis for our fishing excursions at least twice a year. We stay here all the time and have never had any major issues. The management have always been nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean. Keep in mind that alot of people that stay here are fisherman so the rooms can sometimes have a faint smell of fish. Not a big deal. They have always been very acommadating. There are plendty of places to eat and shop. There is an HEB and Walmart which really helps on extended stays. If you forget anything you can go buy it. We recommend this Motel. Ask for Mr B. the owner, he is absolutly great!
