This is simply a lovely hotel. Small enough to be cozy and friendly, but large enough to have an on-site restaurant and bar. My room was on the bay and the view was wonderful. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings was a real treat. All the food I had from the restaurant was excellent, plus Hammerhead's Bar and Grill is right across the street. The staff was helpful and friendly. I've travelled extensively so I'm not easily impressed with hotels...The Lighthouse Inn impressed me.

We spent our New Year’s weekend visiting this Inn for the first time. We look forward to a return trip. The location is wonderful with views directly onto the bay. We had excellent service at the Inn’s bar and dining area and the pool area was also very attractive. It was too cold to swim but we enjoyed the hot tub. Within walking distance were several good, casual restaurants and it was also an easy stroll to the Fulton Manson and the harbor in Fulton.

This trip was a last minute decision. With no first hand knowledge of the Lighthouse Inn or Rockport we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitly return. The Staff at the Inn are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. Rooms, comfortable, spotless. (loved the Big fluffy robes) Food, Good. Don't miss the steak at dinner! What a great weekend! The Lighthouse is perfectly located in Rockport-Fulton -- walking distance to several great restaurants, the marina, the Fulton Mansion, etc, etc etc! The room was comfy and spacious and the desk staff was very helpful (tks Diana!). The fog was unexpected but nice -- cool foggy evening views of the coastline, piers, and buildings lights.
