My fiance and I stayed there for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. At first I was a little leary of staying in a hotel that didn't post pictures of the interior of rooms, but for the price I was quoted and the location I decided to just go for it. Ok it is an older property, and it is on the water so you have to take in the usual wear and tear of any coastal property. We got one of the cabanas that was right abouve the water. You could pretty much fish from your patio if you wanted to. Our room had 2 doors, one the front entry, and the 2nd lead out to a huge shared patio..... but we had it to ourselves the entire length of our stay. The breeze from the ocean and the crash of the waves masked any traffic and guest noise there may have been. As I said the property is ON THE WATER so you can expect some minor water damage. The room, at first was musty, but once you opened up the patio door you were greeted with fresh ocean air and a nice strong breeze.... you didnt even need the a/c til bedtime when you close the patio doors. We had New linens and bed spread on our beds.... still had that new smell and the creases in them. We had new towels.... and not the boring white ones, we had a few different colors of towels and wash cloths. The pool was great, covered picnic tables and grills in the area. A long lighted fishing pier for guest use on the property. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Didnt see much staff on property except for the owner/manager? who checked us in.... she was very friendly. All in all we will definitly return.
