We didn't have any running water at check-in. (they are building a restaraunt & had the water cut off) Our room had a coffee pot that still had old coffee in it from the previous guest, with the used coffee grounds, but no packaged coffee for us. No internet (the clerk said a guest had stolen the wire), no breakfast (the door was chained & locked) at 8am. The bathtub still had hair in it from the previous guest, which tells me it wasn't cleaned. No available attendant when we checked out, as the door was still locked & chained, and no one answered the outside window bell after 3 rings. This is our 3rd trip to Riviera, Tx, and by far the worst.
