This hotel is beautiful, clean, inviting, friendly, courteous..you couldn't ask for anything more... The food was wonderful; the swimming pool was great, inside & out; the rooms were clean; everything was in working order & so much more! As soon as you walk in, it feels relaxing. The lobby is huge and open, neatly decorated.
The room was large, clean and it had a comfortable bed. It's in a great location with easy access to the 75 and the TI campus.
Staff was pleasant and helpful, they have a nice little business center. I booked this on hotwire and got an excellent room rate.

We had a group meeting at Holiday Inn, Richardson, Dallas, TX and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was very good at placing us together and finding rooms to accommodate our meeting needs, The attention to service at meals and for support in meetings was great. We are very lucky to have a wonderful contact at the hotel that made our stay a delight. Thanks to her for all her hard work in making the weekend such a success.
