Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway. It is clean, safe, and free parking. I did go to the bar one evening. Found it a little odd it closed at 11pm but it was somewhat quiet after Christmas. We Pricelined this hotel for a very affordable price for two rooms. The only issues was the hot water. I had to leave it on for 5 minutes before it was warm. I would stay here again for the price.

Very good service and comfortable room, but it's showing its age. I took a cold shower the first morning as did a few coworkers. Figured out the next morning that you have to turn the knob back off the stop to get hot water.

For people who know the Hyatt brand, this one is what you'd expect. Clean, quiet, great night's sleep. The rooms are updated, the front desk staff is attentive and helpful. We were in town for a family event so we didn't take advantage of what the hotel has to offer. It was just a place to sleep for the night. But it didn't disappoint and it was the perfect location for us.

This hotel is ina prime spot for doing business in North Dallas. The staff are very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant team. Rooms are modern and have all the comforts one might need (even a Yoga mat!)

The highspeed internet access worked very wekk from my room
Easy access to I-75 and there are a lot of restaurants in the area

Breakfast buffet is great and the restaurnat bar area is decent.
