I have to be honest, we decided to stay here because my husband is a pilot and this recently renovated funky hotel is aviation-themed. We were NOT disappointed ... I especially loved the breakfast they leave at your door each morning in a plastic container ... what an awesome idea. You don't have to worry if you sleep in that all the good food will be gone and you can eat in your jammies! Extremely clean and fresh, but don't kid yourself, it's not the Hilton and the price reflects that ... worth every penny. The only thing I could complain about is that the mattress was a bit to firm for me, but my husband didn't mind. We will very much recommend this cute place ... remember, Port A is funky in itself and this is just blocks from the best restaurants and the beach.

There is nothing bad that I can say about Amelia's Landing. I went down to Port A to meet some friends from high school, and ended up staying for almost 3 weeks! Buy one night, get one night FREE!!! It was a very enjoyable stay! Clean rooms, very close to the beach and restaurants, and my favorite part....you DON'T have to make yourself presentable to rush off to a "communal" breakfast by 9 or 10 a.m. every morning....your breakfast is delivered to your door by 7 a.m.!!!! The owners are awesome, and are right there on the premises if you have any questions about Port A or where to go to do whatever!! Oh...and they rent out their rooms BY THE MONTH for WInter Texans for a super low price!! I'm hoping to be one of those Winter Texans next year :) No other hotel on the Island can beat this place!! Believe me!! I've checked into ALL of them! I ♥ Amelia's Landing ( it was still Harbor Inn when I originally stayed there....before all of their renovations were completed).....can't wait to see it now!

My friend set up this trip, and really enjoyed staying at Amelia's Landing. The decor was real classic, all the rooms have an avaition connection. Super clean rooms. Everyone went out of there way to make sure our stay was excellent. Had a courtesy car for us at the airport.Will be making plans on staying again, come springtime, also has fishing guide service. We didn't limited out, but did really great.

My buddy and I flew down to the island for some R&R this past weekend. We borrowed car from airport to get to hotel and received a warm welcome from the staff. We stayed in the Amelia Earhart room which was very clean and comfortable. The WI-FI worked great. Location is central to restaurants and bars in the town. Service at the hotel was great. We went on a 1/2-day bay-fishing charter on Saturday morning, and we caught some fish! We're coming back!!
