tried to spend a nice weekend with my girlfriend to learn to surf, but it didn't turn out as great as expected.

-mold on the side of the fridge that looked disgusting, i'd say 75% of the side of the fridge
- we tried to close the curtains and the whole damn thing fell off the wall
-even when closed, someone could still peer through the windows since the curtains were thin and did not cover the entire window
-room smelled musty
-nothing seemed clean

I girlfriend was angry I booked a place like this, and said "Next time, please let me pick the place ok?"


The management was nice, but nice people don't always make good hotel owners.

Stayed her with my "Fishing Crew", did some fishing and had a real nice stay. The help was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to check out some of the local restaurants right up the street. We shall return!! Beware fish your time to be mine will soon arrrive

I stayed Sunday thru Friday, the rate I was quoted was the rate I paid. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was large, clean, had a full kitchen and flat screen TV and other nice amenities. There was free high speed internet access which allowed me to be very productive and made for a great stay.

The location in Port Aransas is excellent just minutes from all the places I needed to visit on my short business trip. Thanks for a great stay Sea Breeze I'll be back!!

Let me start with the very first impression, Jane was her name I believe the front desk clerk was GREAT!!!
She was the kind of front desk girl you may expect at a large luxury hotel professional courteous and very kind and helpful. She was prepared and made the check in fun and interesting, suggesting a few restaurants and activities that my wife and I may care to try and enjoy during our stay in port Aransas.

The room was really great it had a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Corpus Christi Ship channel. Everything inside and outside was clean, functional and well maintained. The landscaping was very impressive i even saw many tropical foliage not grown in the area.

I would sit out there in the mornings and enjoy my coffee while I watched the ship coming and going through the ship channel. it was really quite spectacular when the full moon was rising over the gulf and freighters steamed through the calm waters. WOW!! A couple glasses of wine and we went downstairs to jump in the hot tub.

The location of the hotel places it right in the center of many great restaurants and shops adding to this is the lighted tennis courts and jogging area right across the street.
