From peeee soaked floors to the luke warm hot tub. You wont find much at the Mayan Princess. The front desk is absent for most of your stay and the infomation they posses is not much. NO ice machine, NO maid service, NO internet most the time, Not much else to say about a place that does not have mich to offer. Beware !!!!!!

My girlfriend and I drove down from San Antone for a weekend getaway in Port Aransas. We had looked at several resort websites in the Port A, Corpus area attempting to make reservations but most everything was booked. We settled on the Mayan Princess which had three units available for the days we were planning.
We arrived to find the staff very friendly and helpful and the condo was immaculate. The grounds were very clean and the pools were crystal clear. We plan on coming back to the Mayan in the future.

A group of us stayed at the Mayan last weekend from Friday-Sunday. We had a wonderful time. The condo was awesome (it was a split level with a great interior, perfect view and plenty of room). The pools were spotless. This is the second time we've been to the Mayan this year and had a great time. From the previous posts, it looks like there is definitely discrepancies from room to room, but we've gotten lucky both times.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. My husband and I wanted to stay at a place were we could see the ocean from our room - and that is exactly what we got. The view is simply perfect. The walk to the beach was fast, the pool area was clean and relaxing, and the whole experience was lovely. Check-in was easy (the front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful). Our condo was on the second floor and it was perfectly adequate. It looked just like the photos, and there were no surprises. We would love to stay here again.
