This hotel seems to be set up for people to drink and/or host an event at. A night to get away for a momantic evening and meet other people. The atmoshpere is very interesting to experience and a fun have a special night. We had out company xmas party here for about 50 people and the acommodated us nicely. A very unique palce. Me and my wife enjoyed it.

Don't send any business associates or customer, much less your friends to this place. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and definitely will never return.

We checked in and went to our room which was dirty with trash and used toiletries. This is because it was already occupied! So we had to get another room which the hotel staff wasn't sure if would was occupied... checking in at your own risk.

Also, there was a corporate party occurring and we could not find any parking. After circling the hotel a few times we managed to beat a few other cars to space that opened up.

Oh, did I mention the toilet didn't flush which caused the room to smell like the experience....Enough said?

I am here in my 4th floor room hearing "party in the USA" and "sexy and I know it" blaring from the pool so loud I can hear every word. Called front desk, they assured me it would stop...at 1am!!!

If you are over 30, this is NOT the place for you.

This was my first time at NYLO in Plano and it completely exceeded every one of my expectations. My wife and I spent New Years Eve at the bar in the hotel at NYLO and I must say it was beyond belief. The staff treated us like royalty and the setup was beyond belief! There was a huge jumbotron set up outside with tables, two outside bars, a hot dog stand, and even lights that really made you feel like you were attending a members only elite celebration in the heart of New York. The food and drinks were outstanding and you never had to wait. I've attended plenty of New Years Eve parties and this is one party and hotel I cannot wait to go back to!!!
