My family stayed in this hotel for a weekend in June. Its in the 3100 block of the North Dallas Tollway. The decor in this hotel is old and dated and the rooms and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. We had many minor problems during our stay. The first was when we arrived we ordered pizza to our room and when we went to buy soda at the vending machine in the hallway there wasn't any. All the machines were out on other floors too. It was this way for our entire stay. Another thing they were out of was coffee in the lobby. We ran out in our room, so we went downstairs. The desk clerk said they would make some more. Several hours passed and no coffee and none until the next morning when they made some. How hard is it to make coffee or give me another bag for the maker in my room? The lobby is also supposed to have cookies made daily, not here. They were old and stale and when I asked when they would make more the help at the front desk said they didn't know. I should have known something was up when I called for reservations to this hotel and the woman who answered couldn't speak English. Don't pay more than $40 for this place a night as you can do much better for a two star on priceline. We were forced to stay here based on a family gathering and it was a complete waste of our money.
