Had a confirmed reservation through my Company's travel service; however, when I arrived that evening the hotel had given away my room. The person at the desk said they'd had guests who extended their stay. Even if this was true, if you've got guests coming in with confirmed reservations, the thing to do would have been to say that there was no room that evening for the people wishing to extend. The is the first time in years of business travel that this has ever happened to me, and not something one wants to deal with after a long flight. Our travel company found me another room elsewhere. Needless to say, I would not book here again.
