My brother had a massive heart attack. Had to stay next to the hospital. Found the Fairfield Inn.
The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly.
The breakfast in the morning was very good. There is a beautiful indoor swimming pool (I was not able to use it) They have a gym that was bale to use once in a while. Stayed there for 17 days, it allowed my husband and I to help my brother and his wife while in the hospital. If I had to I would stay there again with no hesitation. Keep up the good work.

This is a great hotel for those of us that travel for business. It is in a nice location directly between the GWBush and TollWay. It is surrounded by a number of dining and shopping options. The front desk staff is very helpful. I actually got a lovely and most helpful hand drawn map to the nearest Walmart. It has an indoor pool and a decent workout area. It's everything you can hope for when traveling out of town.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn Plano during our son's soccer tournament. The room was a suite with a fold out sofa in the sitting area. It worked out very welll, was very clean and the room appeared as if it was recently renovated. It was also very close to restaurants, etc.

The front desk was very helpful and a free breakfast was even included. It was a very good value for our money.

Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great front desk staff! Dieggo helped an elderly, deaf gentleman with reservations and was thoughtful and patient with the guest. As a bystander waiting to be checked in myself I was very impressed with his people skills. Good asset
