Hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgable. We had a great time at the outdoor pool and the HOT breakfast was big surprise in the morning " Great Value for the price ".
The rooms were comfortable and clean, some minor update to the furniture will be very nice! Microwave and fridge in the rooms came very handy.

The mexican restaurant next door was an added bonus with the coupon at the front desk.

Just pull off the highway into their parking lot. This hotel has been recently renovated, but some of the painting looks to have been rushed - runs and floor splashes. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent. Our moderate expense here was significantly reduced by a $10 gift certificate for the adjacent Mexican restaurant, where we enjoyed overlarge servings of good Fajita's.

.Great Hotel! It's older, but for the price, it can't be beat. Wonderful staff! A management team that went above and beyond to make our small group feel special. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to be anywhere near Palestine. They are very knowledgeable of the area and you will be happy you stayed here. The rooms are spacious and bright. Ours came with a microwave and refrigerator; which of course is great for summertime. The free breakfast that is included with the room was excellent. I loved the Texas styled waffles. They have new owners that are wiping the slate clean from its past horror stories

You gotta stay here next time you are in Palestine. Staff is very gracious and the new owners are remarkable. They aim to please and provide a safe, comfortable environment. Our room was a king. The A/C worked great. It was very clean with a TV that had an excellent picture, free wi-fi, nice size micro fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee in the room plus a warm,scrumptious continental breakfast with Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage. bacon, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal, donuts, etc. - what a deal. We were with a group of 5 other couples and none of them had any complaints. All this at a reasonable rate and a clean pool to boot!
