Dishonest! I made a reservation on 11/9/11 for the upcoming weekend. The reservation was made through SW and was prepaid. I called the hotel directly within about 1 1/2 hours to cancel the reservation. The clerk on duty pulled up my reservation without my telling him my name. Told me he'd canceled the reservation and there would be no cancellation fees, that I was within the criteria of their cancellation period. I checked my credit card statement and sure enough, I was charged THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION!! I called SW and given another number to call. In the meantime, I called the hotel directly and was told that the cancellation was never recorded. (How convenient!) So, I called the other number that SW had given me. They in turn called the hotel directly and spoke with the owner who said "nope, sorry, I'm not giving a refund"! Thanks, jerk! Train your people better!!
