Ive been coming here for almost three years and it seems that when the new managers came....their service sucked more!!! So far since I've been here I've had to move rooms four times. The first room had bedbugs. The second room had bedbugs. The third room had dog droppings on the floor and the heat didn't work. Now the fourth room is okay just temporarily...the heat doesn't work again. What makes the situation worse is a have a 6 month baby. You tell me if this is a good thing. The owners are cheap cheap cheap!!! Get a new breaker for the heaters!!!

Nice hotel Great rates!! Very quiet.My family and I stayed for two weeks and had a great time. Comfortable beds I slept great, nice rooms, front door parking made things alot easier, friendly staff they accomidated my needs. Close to alot of good restaurants, gym and shopping. We will be returning to this hotel

The first person I talked to was a man who claimed he was the manager. He was very nice and professional and assured me of getting into a nice room.

The room had obvious signs of bedbugs and insects. The bed was broken down, the linens were dirty and still hanging on the shower curtian. The room was in disrepair and had a bad odor.

I went to the front desk and asked for my money back. The manager claimed he could not with the permission of the owner, Mr. Cheemah, but he would try. I asked me to check back.

When I returned, there was a girl there, She claimed that the man had lied to me about being the manager and that she was the manager. She had a real adolescent and smart alecky attitude with an overblown ego and ridiculed me for believing the first manager. When I questioned the motel policies, she continually changed the story and made up rules as she went along. These rules were in direct opposition to each other.

There were two people they obviously knew sitting in the office of the Motel making out the whole time I was there.

I called the motel owner, who assured me he would call me back the next morning. He did not keep that promise. The so called first manager called me and assured me he would get back to me. He also did not keepm this promise.

BTW The manager also bad mouthed the neighboring motels saying the had the same problems. Childish.
