This place is disgusting and filthy!!
Booked room because all others in Odessa and midland were full. Got room key room was filthy and stunk bed was not made and tissue all over room. Mgr gave me another room and it was worse tried to get refund and they would not! I did not stay and hotel charged credit card 2 days!!!! Also beware of prostitutes I'm sure that was why the tissue was in room and bed unmade from being used by the local prostitutes!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSAPOINTED. I took a trip to Odessa, TX and wanted to stay at a hotel overnight. I paid 89.92 for a hotel that clearly said 35.99 on the front. I tried calling them when I was lost in Odessa, TX for two hours. They didnt answer their phones, it rang non stop. The GPS didnt pull up the address. I finally arrive at the hotel, the man in the front whose name is KP was completely rude and spoke broken english. I got into my hotel room and broke down into tears. What I thought was going to be a great vacation turned into a horrible one. Where the AC unit was installed into the wall was falling apart and I could see from the inside of my hotel room, to the outside of my hotel room. Where the telephone that the website said I should have, was ripped out of the wall. There was holes all over the room, there was cracks in the ceiling. There was no refridgerator like the website said there should have been. There was a TV which got 15 channels, and the Microwave. They also had the courtesy of leaving the people who stayed the night before's shampoo and conditioner in my shower. The toilet top was cracked and broken partially off. There was no coffee maker. Just a King Size bed full of bed bugs. I immediately turned around and went to the front office to figure things out.

He told me that there was no other rooms available. There was no refridgerators bc we were the last room to check in and another room needed our refriderator, and the telephones were having issues, and also there was no Ashtray to put into my smoking room.

Well, when I bought my room online I was unaware that there was a NO REFUND policy, also when I bought my room online there was other available rooms so I why did my refridgerator, telephone, and ashtray get taken from my room that I paid DOUBLE THE AMOUNT SHOWN OUTSIDE for. Also mid sentence as I am speaking to this guy he gets on his phone and gives me the "shh" finger over his lips. HOW RUDE!!

I also brought my mother-in-law in because I was visiting her in Odessa and the gentelmen got rude with her and also said racial slurs.

I assume it is a family owned because after I asked him "Cam I have your Managers number?" he said "No!" I said "Do you have a manager?" he said "NO!" I said "Is there anyone I can speak to?" He said "No" I said "What is this a franchise? Is there a Corporate office, Head quarters, Someone I can speak to?" He said "No manager, no. Indepedent hotel.".



SOME KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HUH??

Let me start by saying, I am not a hateful person, and I am not prejudice, but this hotels employees and staff r anti american. They made very strong statements to my 18 yr old son that they had just ripped off. I would not doubt it if these guys where on a terrorist watch list. Dont believe the internet, this place is terrible, no fridge, no microwave, dirty bed, holes in the wall. They charge u $80 plus on the web, but clearly have a sign in front that says $35.99. Stay away from this place. Oh and if u choose to put urself through this nightmare bring plenty of bug spray.TERRIBLE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. P.s. There free breakfast had roaches in it and on the tables

I have traveled alot, my children play college sports. We expect, courteous people, at suggested by HotWire Hotels, to not be starting with a VERY RUDE desk Clerk, Also did not know about Hot Wire, and did not speak English. We got to the room and I almost started to cry, we were so tired. The bedspread was hanging off the bed, the vanity mirror was broken and hanging on the wall, the towel bar was lying behind the toilet, there was one towel. The floors had not been vacummed in ages, the Shower was filthy.
There was a bar of soap. The walls were peeling, the baseboard coming off and the door would not lock! We had already paid, there was no REFUND for this, but we turned around and left. Absolutely a place YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY. Don't say you weren't warned because some idiots put on their post how wonderful it was, it was probably the people who owned the Norman Bates Hotel.
