We are Best Western people as we like usually love their accomodations. With that being said let me tell you a little about this property:
-The main problem with this motel is the location...it seems to be in a bad part of town, judging by the continuous sirens and police presence.
-The night clerk is very rude.
-The wifi did not work.
-It is overpriced by about 20USD

Other than that room service was delicious, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We probably would not stay again and can not in all honesty recommend it to our friends.

As a truck driver, we stay in a different hotel every night. The grounds are well kept., The pool is green. Our room STUNK so bad like oil and when I told the clerk at the desk, never apologized nor offered to switch rooms! Hotel looks good but the service and quality of rooms is extremely poor. Next time I visit Odessa, I will be spending my money else where.

If you want toilet and bathtub over floating this is the hotel for you! We got a new room after complaining but were charged for both rooms when checking out. Had to complain to manager, owner and corporate to finally get a refund on the room that over floated!

After staying here several years ago I made the same error again and stopped here (It looks fair and is near the highway). I have never written a bad review but here goes.
The bathroom ceiling was falling in and appeared moldy. The tub did not drain well and was nearly stopped up. The worst part was an air conditioner that cycled and was as loud as an airplane taking off. Although the beds were comfortable and clean, it was damp smelling and dark in the room and smelled of cigarettes. This place seems to be the resting place for oil field workers and not families.
The breakfast was in a dark portion of a closed restaurant. The milk was in its plastic purchase container sitting on a table with a filthy tablecloth- and not in ice. The other food looked unacceptable for eating. We decided to eat elsewhere.
We were traveling with another couple and their room was similar. None of the four of us in two rooms got any sleep at all from the EXCESSIVELY noisy air conditioner equipment in the rooms. It was the worst stay of any hotel on our two week road trip. On check out, I complained and was told that the manager was not on site, but she would call me. No call yet. No apology, no rate adjustment.
Next time, we will drive on to Midland and pass Odessa entirely.
