I was there for a short-term about 4 weeks. The motel had all amenities I was looking for such as free breakfast, free laundry, free wi-fi, free news paper, daily maid service, and fair number of TV channels. It had a number of restaurants e.g. Chilis, Red Lobster, a Mexican place, and few fast food restaurants nearby. I have enjoyed their nice lobby which they always keep clean. Their PC in lobby was helpful at times when I didn't want to use my own. They had a nice night clerk who was friendly to talk to for my wake up calls. Their lawn was clean and green. Whenever I needed to do some walking, I could just walk around in their parking lot a few rounds to burn calories...Overall they have good place and will recommend to my friends and family without any hesitation.

This motel is old and shows its age. It was a La Quinta in its previous life ans wears the same colors and has the same furnishings.

The young lady at the desk was great. The grounds were clean. The room, bedding and towels were clean other than a rather disgusting shower curtain. The shower was wonderful. The TV was watchable but the color was off and picture was snowy.

I gave it five stars based on the price and staff.

The night staff Desk Clerk was very nice but not completely knowledgeable about the weekly rate, so she told me I could speak with the manager about the weekly rate and that that night's stay could be worked into a weekly rate "the next morning when the manager is in at 7AM." Well when I get up at 10AM the manager had already left so the rude day clerk assured me not to worry and she said that the next night could be also added to the weekly charge. Well it turns out due to staff incompetence, or intended misleading, that I had been duped and that "No, I would have to start a new week to get the weekly rate." That's how it ended. Aside the toilet would take 3 flushes, the sheets were stained. The price was not right either and I didn't need another whole week so I was pretty much screwed, canceled the charge for the next day on my card, and went to motel 6 next door. To no avail the Motel 6 was packed solid. Should have known with this place driving all the business away! They tricked me and so then lost the other $200 they would've made off me? I don't get it, I would love to buy this place just to fire them and redeem the motel's bad rep.

Upon checking in at around 8pm I requested an additional pillow and sheet. Kummar at the desk said that his would be impossible because these requests "have to be made before the maid leaves because only she and the owner have the key or unless the owner stops by ( who lives in Dallas)". I went to the room and saw the formerly white towels ( I would not use them to clean the floor either) so I just went to the Target near by and bought pillows, towels and linenen, all under $20. The bed was super confortable that's why we stayed for the 3 nights we were there. Cleanliness is NOT their middle name!!!
