I reserved this hotel thru priceline who gave it 7.1 out of 10. No way those people stayed at the same hotel we did. I actually reported this hotel to the local fire marshall who is on their way right now to inspect it. The smoke detector had been pulled off the ceiling and left on refrigerator, the wall socket had no covers, the light above the shower was uncovered. The doors between the rooms had no dead bolts. We open up and could open the door in the next room. The front door had no latch and looked like it had been kicked in because the molding was broke off. The pool was dirty and basically the size of my bath tub. The front desk tried to charge me $20 for extra towels. The stains on the pull out couch were disquisting. I have stayed in cheap hotels and understand that everything is not suppose to be perfect, but this was inexcusable. DO NOT STAY HERE!

we booked the jacuzzi suite for two....the only thing this room had going for it was the large tub...the room was nasty...even the tub had a nice stain in the bottom..we booked it for our anniversary......wish we had paid attention to the reviews.....this place really put a damper on our anniversary....

Thought this place was ok for work.
Exept for the bugs in the bathroom. And the homeless persons shopping cart with all the belongings spread all over the grass beneath the stairs. No safety lock inside door, just deadbolt.

I booked this room for my wife who was traveling to New Braunfels by herself and from the website looked to be a nice reasonably priced one night rate. Boy was I wrong!! I get a call from her saying the room had crickets running all over the floor and the pool was so green you could not see the bottom. She went atraight back up front to tell the manager she was NOT staying and he said "fine" I have your husbands credit card and will be charging him anyway!!!!!!!!! NO room change offer! NOTHING!!
