I'm surprised by the good reviews this hotel has received. I can't rave about anything except the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is located far from downtown, the breakfast was mediocre, and the grounds are not attractive.

I never really write reviews but this place was great for the price we paid! The guest service is wonderful I would recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel rooms had a wonderful fresh scent, beds were nice, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Honestly, I hadn't had excellent customer service anywhere in awhile. I have to say that you can tell that management has truly trained their employees well. A lady named Renee, really sticks out. We stayed at the hotel, after our car broke down. This lady went out of her way to call her personal mechanic for us and he gave us a break just because he knew Renee. She is truly good spirited and goes out of her way to be helpful. The hotel had nice clean rooms, and resturants near. Most hotels charge fot toiletries now days, but this one didn't. Overall, I had a great experience here. I rarel stay in hotels, however due to my car breaking down I had no choice. It's good to know that their are still kind hearted people in their world that will help you when they don't know you. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.She made my family and I feel at ease with all that had went on with our car.

Staff was nice enough to change our room to a first floor one when we checked in. Room seemed to have recently been updated but there is only so much that can be done with limited space especially in the bathroom. Shower was narrow and slippery. Vending machines were in need of replenishment so had to walk to the nearby gas station for snacks and bottled water. Worst thing was the malfunctioning toilet. Told the staff so it would be repaired for the next visitors.
