Stayed for three nights 2nd to 5th feb. just my teenage daughter and myself. Thought hotel was really good. Pleasant staff enthustic animation team encouraging you to join activities, tip if you like table tennis take your own bats as hotels very worn. There was a wide selection of food fresh fish and steak straight from hot plate, daughter loved the stone oven cooked pizza's and salad selection. Liked that kids could help themself to drinks coke fanta slushies etc. poolside snacks also good the usual chicken nuggets, burgers, hotdogs chicken and salads. There was plenty of sunbeds and lots of quiet areas in the grounds lots of shade from palm trees. Did not try what would be the kids pool viewed from balcony block k but looked nice, little sand pits and small slide for kids to play in. The gym is fairly small but adequate, steam room sauna and chill room fab. The room was spacious not brilliant served its purpose, nice powerfully showers plenty of hot water, more hangers needed in the wardrope, good selection of English channels on tv. Had a fab break and look forward to returning with my husband.

Is it me? Last year I visited this place and was over the proverbial. I'm not saying it was out of this world but it ticked all the boxes for me and my wife. We had a great time. It's February 6th today just nine months later and I'm looking to book again. WOW what did I miss. The prices have gone berserk. Last year we went here from Doncaster in May and had a great week for just under a thousand pounds .January's prices for the hotel alone this year start at about £1450 for a week and then your flights. A great hotel service and staff, butb for sure we will definitely not be returning.What a difference a year makes.

We stayed at the Park Club Europe for the second time in jan 2012. The lady at the reception was very nice and we had a great room in the Lagoona ( L 222 ). Much better than last year when we had a room in the G section. The breakfast was very good, all you can ask for, but the lunch and dinner was a bit disappointing than the last visit. Some of the meat was tough and no Canary buffee :(. The buffee had different tematic choices, mexican buffee without enchiladas and burritos , hm ....... . Noisy in the dinning area but friendly staff in the restaurants and bars. The water in the pool is too cold and very few guests had a bath. The tourists is mainly german and italians. We will come back to Tenerife, but not and all inclusive hotel the next time.

Stayed here for a week from January 6 to 13.

Complex is huge.Covers an entire block on Ave Rafael Puig.

Room 304 in Block H was as far away from the Stage and bar area as possible.This is a benefit if you need an early night as the show laid on by the fabulous animation team finshes around about 11PM.Large balcony which only gets the sun early in the morning.Large sitting/TV area which really is a waste.Pity the bedroom couldn't have been made bigger instead.

Food - not great.

Drink - not great

Entertainment/Daytime activities - Really very good.The animation team,made up of mainly Italian guys and girls, were terrific.I even played my first game of 5 a side footie in 14 years.Probably not a good idea as my wife and I had already walked to Playa Del Duque and back earlier in the morning - three hours !!!! Well worth it though.
