i worked in tenerife in 2005 and stayed in playa honda the first month i was there it was awful totally digusting and i cant believe they are still open
also the security guard was creep aswell i really cant believe they havent shut it down

We bought one week on a last minute sale and were pleasantly surprised to get a nice quiet apartment with simple but well maintained furnishing, nice view towards the ocean, friendly staff, and basic service. As minuses I could only mention the distance to the beach, that was quite exhausting to walk twice a day with a little 3-years old, and the distance to the local supermarket, where we were buying our food for breakfast and lunch. But, since we were unpretentios and assuming to provide all the services by ourselves, we were definetely very happy to get some of those from the hotel and and definetely would come back again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stopped in, the doors didn't fit properly so you had to fill the 2" gaps on a night with toilet paper to stop the cockroaches that had not already got in getting in, the french doors didn't lock but no one was interested. The hotel was filthy and the beds never got changed. The kitchen was minging and the staff were unhelpful. The corridors were not lit on a night so it was pitch black. If you are thinking of going to this hotel I'd stongly advise against it. If I'd of know it had been on Holidays from Hell I would never have booked it!!!

Stayed here for one week on a late deal to party in Tenerife.Me and 2 friends had a great time, apartment/hotel was basic but clean and secure.Staff were helpful and its in a great location just 5 mins walk from the nightlife.

All in all perfect for what we wanted would defo go back!!!
