supposed to be here for 1 week however moved after 12 hours , 8 floors up balcony rails felt loose and rooms were very shabby and not clean. Outside all the way around the hotel the roads are getting dug up meaning you cant lay by the pool for the noise and dust and also you get woke up at 8 am by the drills

Well, I have to say having read some reviews beforehand and having booked this holiday over the internet I was slightly concerned as to what the hotel would be like.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and were amazed at the high standard of the place. It was perfectly situated for us, walking distance to the main nightlife Veronicas strip etc, beach and bars/restaurants. Perfect location for the bus station, close behind and main attractions such as Siam Park. Yet the hotel was in a quiet area and although some reviews say there was hotel noise we rarely heard any and spent some evenings in.
The hotel itself was spotness, we never saw any mess anywhere and the room cleaning was spotless too. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner style buffets were fine, the choice available very good every night. Drinks at the bar were reasonable. We were amazed at how quiet this place was and especially the swimming pool. The majority of guests appeared to sleep in the day and so we never had a problem getting sunloungers by the pool.

All hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the few questions we did have were answered immediately. We needed our safe fixed one evening and the technicians arrived promptly and fixed it immediately. We couldn't have asked for better service.
We were hoping to meet some other young British travellers, however hardly any British people stayed here so wouldn't suit those wanting to meet people at the hotel. Having said that we did talk to other Nationalities in broken English conversations and we also met people out. So this wasn't a problem.

It as my Birthday during this stay and they really went the extra bit by making me feel special. They even put a cake together for my Birthday dinner.

We were aware when booking this there would be no hotel entertainment and for the price we paid we certainly can't complain. However I think I would like a hotel with some evening entertainment next time. Having said that I wouldn't hesistate to go back to this hotel based on the facilities, staff, cleanliness and overall high standard.

Plus we saw one cockroach and that was by the pool in the whole 2 weeks!!

We booked this hotel as the reviews were not too bad and the location was away from the main centre so less noisy we thought. There was no noise from music from bars or hotel as there was no hotel entertainment but every night between 11 and 12pm young guests would be going out banging doors and ringing the loudest door buzzers you have ever heard then you would get the same about 4am when they would come home.

We booked through Sunshine.co.uk but the hotel was mainly Swedish party people which seemed to cause all the noise. Other downsides were there was only 1 plug socket in the whole room and the bar was hardly ever open hence the tables were covered in dust.
The hotel is situated about less than 10 mins from the beach and about 15 mins walk from siam park and 5 mins from nice size spar supermarket.
The biggest plus was there was always sunbeds available although the pool was very small

Overall if your gonna be out till early hours this might be suitable for you its a definate no no for families!

We arrived Sunday 30th May tired but excited to be in Tenerife, upon arrival we were overlooked as unimportant people so customer service skills at reception were crap.

We were given the key to our room, at first appearance the room looked fine then we saw an old ratty mattress which was covered in dirt and they expected us to sleep on it. When we complained and asked for a clean mattress they were very reluctant to comply with our request. In fact they tried to convinced us that it was ok and useable, in the end we managed to get them to change it. The phone was not working and even the maintenance men could not fix it but we accepted that and tried to make the best of our situation.

Bring your own Iron otherwise you will have to pay 6 Euros to rent it and 6 Euros deposit.

The worst part about this hotel is that it was filled with tooooooooooo many old people and my goodness they like to talk!!! We are four young girls and enjoyed nights out and off course we got in late so sleeping in the morning was a necessity. Every morning we woke to the noise of screaming grannies- it sounded like they were arguing. The pool area was covered with people who are not young!!! Trust me you should pay a few extra quid and get yourself nearer to where all the action is- Veronica Strip!!!!
