This is a great place to stay IF you understand the location. Morro Jable itself is quite isolated from the rest of the island, but has access to great beaches.
We're not resort lovers, so the fact that the hotel is a couple of km from the resort wasn't a problem to us. We thought the hotel was terrific value for money, with helpful smiley staff, great rooms, well-maintained gardens and pool and ample facilities. There wasn't much evidence of entertainment - certainly nothing intrusive to keep you awake! Most guests were German, with French Spanish and British appearing to be equally represented.
We had a car and stayed half-board. The minibus to the resort appeared to run regularly and promptly - but you might be better off staying all-inclusive if you haven't got transport.
Food is fairly simple, plentiful and there was always a wide choice both at breakfast and dinner (e.g. pasta dish, paella-type dish, casseroles, grilled meat and/or fish, salads all available each night).
The golf course (not part of the hotel) IS open for business. The gym is basic (some weights, a cross-trainer and a bike). Contrary to some listings there is no sauna.
If we go to this part of Fuerteventura again, we'd have no hesitation in staying here again.
