The hotel is amazing, fantastic views, food great and the entertainer made the holiday.
The hotel is located on top of a hill, and there are many stairs in the hotel, but i think it is worth it. there is a free shuttle if you wanted to go into town and then to the beach as located in same area, but i think it is much faster walking down than taking the shuttle. the only thing i would suggest is get the shuttle back. The staff are friendly and helpful. Went on one of the walks and had a great time with Richard (the entertainer). there was a singer there on Sat but he was not that good to be honest if you kicked a cat it would be better lol, but apart from that the entertainer Richard was amazin made the holiday worth it.

we had very good holiday at Club Santa Ponsa because the room was good and food was very nice. the locals are nice peeple and the beach is not verry far. next year we go to holiday to another country but maybe another year come back too club santa ponsa.

the only problem with hotel is no cold air condition is in rooms so it is very hot but for us not a big problem because we are used too hot.

Can’t really add much more than most people have said, very friendly staff, clean rooms and the food was great. Try going on one or two of the walks with the hotel rep. Richard there good fun and not too tiring

This hotel is a great little place, wonderful views, lovely staff and AMAZING food and drink.
We went All Inclusive and the cost was really very reasonable. We didn't want for anything.
The hotel itself had good facilities but we didn't find half of them until the end of the holiday as there really was no information readily available. New arrivals would really benefit from a decent welcome pack with all the details in.
The hotel is situated up quite a steep hill and the walk down to the town is lovely but the long walk back either up the hill again or the 175 odd steps is a little tiring!!! The hotel put on a hourly shuttle bus, but get there early as it only takes 7 people and usually a lot more waiting to go.
There was only one downside (hence the 4 stars not 5) and that was the evening entertainment. It went past "comedy" bad to just plain awful. Just a little investment into this side of things would make this hotel fantastic.

We would defiantly stay here again.
