This hotel offers allinclusive, but when you arrive it actually isnt allinclusive as you are treated like a tramp on the street when you ask for a drink. The staff look down their noses at you and make you drink from plastic glasses, even though you are siting inside the hotel. You can only have coffee that has been made up since morning as expresso etc are not allinclusive. These are made fresh for everyone except the allinclusive guests who have to drink the rot that has been sitting in a jug since morning. The bar is unattended for most of the time so if you want a drink it is nearly impossible. The bedrooms are two single beds which is not good for couples. The spa facilities were broken when i was there, but if you wanted to use them it was E5.00 per person to sit in the sauna!!!!!!!!!!!!! The food is rubbish on a plate, although we paid for allinclusive we ate out as the food was dirt. Avoid this place like the plague unless you have no standards. THIS IS A KIP, A DUMP, A HELLHOLE ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH. One last piece of advice just dont do it.

We booked an all inclusive 10 night stay. The hotel did not cater for English guests. The whole animation team were Italien and made no attempt to speak English. Each night we didnt not understand a word that was being said and we were totally miserable. We had to go out every night and were not able to take full advantage of the all inclusive programme. This is not a good hotel if you have children that dont understand english. Appart from the dark depressing rooms and dark hall ways in dire need of a makeover steer clear

It´s a good average hotel, definitely not 4* hotel.

Hotel - nice and clean, standard equipment in the lobby - no fresh flowers, paintings or else. Neither style nor idea.
Double rooms are large enough only for 1 person, triple rooms are not better.
Furniture and equipment was clean and in a good condition, but don´t expect any decoration like paintings etc.
TV was very small, remote control for deposit (unusual for 4*).
Rooms with "pool view" - don´t expect any privacy :-)
Bathroom - sanitary without maintenance, should be changed.

Pool - very nice a very clean with small pool bar (but adequate)
Animation - only in Italian language.

Dining hall - very nice and clean. But damaged equipment like tables (should be changed) as well as unpolished or dirty glasses are not acceptable, even for 2* hotels.
Food:
Breakfast - always the same but great selection, however very bad coffee and scrambled eggs.
Lunch and diner: very good, fish incl. (maybe not salty enough for me).
Drinks - Spanish alcohol or Cola etc for all incl, except espresso coffee.

Santa Ponsa, however, is a quite place, so don´t expect any nightlife like disco.
If you want stay in Santa Ponsa, there are better hotels. Especially for solo travelers.
Depends on price, of course.

Definitely not a 4* hotel!!! The building is in poor condition, extremly small rooms, quite dirty, poorly equiped - furniture old and in bad shape. Terrible bed & linen, bathroom with no mechanical ventilation. Spanish national standards are far away from those international. Otherwise this hotel should be categorized on level between 1*-2* stars. The worst from our point of view - smoking is widely accepted at the pool & on balconies - we let the glass balcony door open during night and we've been waking up with smoked lungs, all day smoking is absolut natural all around - staff at reception is arogant upon our complains on public smoking. Italian animators make daily a real mess with repro music and loud entertainment at pool is on daily program till midnight. If you come to relax forget it! Public beach has blue flag - despite this fact it is dirty and full of trashes & bilions of cigarets all around in sand. Only good point - hotel cuisine.
