Took a cheap all inclusive shoe string holiday here and it was terrible we got what we paid for. I became a member of tripadviser after this awful experince, as I disregarded the reviews and thought I will make up my own mind. Food wasn't to bad and the staff were OK but the hotel needs demolishing. That's it don't go there. Rooms were like a hostel, beds most uncomfortable and bedroom furniture out of the ark. Showers were not very clean and no entertainment of any sort pool was filthy and small.

All inclusives in this hotel are treated as 2nd class citizens,not allowed glasses to drink from,only paper cups,ridiculous and insulting,especially as sonme of the half boarders were extremely drunk but had proper glasses,The chef needs a couple of cookery lessons and needs to know there are more ways to serve eggs than fried and swimming in fat,apart from the lovely french lady and the nice lad on reception the staff are miserable and surly,need customer satisfaction training.This hotel will get very few return customers unless they improve.

just back from this hotel staff very freindly food great always something to find to eat me and my freind are very fussy but could not fault the variety of food available.room cleaned daily by two maids to excellent standard,no etertainment but plenty outside near all of the great bars.would recomend this hotel to anybody

My husband and I stayed one week at Hotel Santa Ponsa Pins in August 2011. The hotel is small, so are the bedrooms. The balcony was large with 2 chairs but only a small table. The room was clean and nice, and we got clean towels every day. The aircondition was free, and there was a safety box (15 euros). The staff was mostly helpful and friendly - one younger man we didn´t care much for because he lacked sense of responsibility regarding the safety of our room-keys. We went to the small pool only once - we found a used condom in it and left. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. The bread was lousy but not uncommon in hotels on Mallorca, we hear. All in all an okay hotel - very cheap. The location was perfect near the most beautiful beach and close to shopping. We missed a refrigerator in the room. This was our first but definitely not last visit to the most wonderful island Mallorca.
