Stayed All Inclusive over a long weekend. Found staff to be very helpful .Services and accomodation were nice. Choice of food could have been wider but overall no complaints. Ideal for couples, groups and families.

Me and my fiance and his family went here in October 2008 for a week (althought it does say when did i travel december 2010 i couldn't choose an earlier date), it was fantasic my first trip to spain. His family had already been to spain but this was their first time at this hotel going all inclusive. We all had a great time. We got into the hotel at about 9pm we got our all inclusive wrist bands on took our bags to our rooms and went straight to the bar.

They certainly didn't skimp on the alcohol and we tried every drink on the menu that was on the all inclusive. The food was really good, a good variation lots of fruit and veg and plenty of hearty meals if you'd had a night on the town. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn't too busy you could get a sun lounger easily and relax for a few hours.

the rooms were good we got one with a balcony facing the entrance of the hotel and we had a good view of the beach. No problems with the room it was light and airy and the bathroom was fine.

We liked it so much we are going back again just me and my fiance.

We had a week in this great hotel with friends. No complaiints about staff, entertainment side were execellent and worked tirelessly to keep everyone amused from 10.30am until 11.30pm. There was something for everyone, young and old, if you wanted it. The food was excellent and plentiful, but, sometimes there was nothing to tell you what it was. The pool area and poolside bar are kept neat and tidy by a lovely woman who was always smilling even when the queue was about ten deep. She never paniced and no one complained. A couple of surly staff on in the evenings but by the end of the season they must all be tired. The room we had was large and airy. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were left. This is where the "but " comes in. We were at the back of the hotel, looking towards the mountaiins. Lovely view but the noise from the air conditioning unit for the hotel at the back went on 24hrs a day. We also had the biin men for both hotels, the glass recycling truck and various other delivery vans from early in the morning. On the plus side of this, the air conditioning and the ceiling fan meant we could sleep with the balcony door closed. All in all, we loved this hotel and would certainly go back, but, I would ask for a front room

We spent two weeks in this hotel and we had really good time there. Rooms are big and clean and comfortable. Breakfasts there were truly delicious, great choice of everything. The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It's just 5 minutes to the lovely and clean beach. Very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We travel a lot in Europe, but we always remembrance this hotel and this beautiful beach in Santa Ponsa. This was our best holidays ever!
