Myself, my partner, my mother in law and 3 children stayed in the iris for 2 weeks at the begining of may my first impression on entering was oooooo its lovely and big which it was a very good size apartment,it also had a washing machine, then I had a closer look. It was absolutely scrufffy, the floors were dirty and dusty, surfaces
were dirty, it was the first holiday I have had where I had to do housework before I could enjoy my holiday. It had a very foisty smell, I think we must have been the first people this season which makes me a little more dissapointed it was not cleaned properly.
The description stated we would have our bed linen changed weekly, what they really meant was they would leave a bag of clean sheets so you could change your own, I had no problem doing this but it is not what was in the description. They also said our towels would be changed weekly but they were not so thank god for the washing machine.

I would use the apartments again but will look into who owns the apartments first as the owners of this one did not have it up to standards for our arrival they even tried to rip us off when we went to their office to change currency. On the whole we had a great holiday no thanks to the apartment.
