Ok Brisasol Apartments Ltd, pin ya ears back because I got something to say!
Good call …. After a little bit of a hic-up at the transfer end when we got there, all good, well done! The apartment was functional and clean there was everything we needed, yes you only get one set of towles ...so what and very little loo roll ,but again never mind, you can always buy toilet roll ...this is a BUDGET holiday and if you want the basics on a plate ...pay another 400E, at the price we paid (which in all honesty would not get you a weekend in Brighton) we were all very happy.
My one concern is that we booked through onthe beach.com and we chose APARTAMENTOS ARQUUS I,II,III,IV in salou,when we arived (@ 01.15am) we were picked up at 01.35 and taken to Los Peces by a brisasol emplotee who spoke good English and took half our partie in his car and the rest of us went by taxi, we were delt with well, but i feel onthe beach, miss sold the holiday...beware !!
The los peces complex in in the middle of the town and a good super market and bakery across the road, with a good Scottish bar across the road, the staff are business like but helpful and are on sight from 09.30 until 10.00, my only advice is to pay little extra and fly in on a day flight as transfers are a little easier. they do ask for a 50E deposit for each adult staying, which is refunded at the end of your stay, my advice is to pay with credit card, this is also not stated by onthe beach !!

Stayed at los peces apartments for 12 days from 2 july to 14 july 2010. on arrivel had to pay 50 euros per adult , there was 4 adults in our party. i requested apartments together and on low level as there was children with us. WE WHERE PUT ON THE 6 FLOOR WHEN I ASKED TO BE CHANGED THEY TOLD US THAT THSES WHERE THE QUIET APARTMENTS AND IF WE CHANGED WE WOULD BE ON DIFFERENT FOORS. well if these where quiet apartments thank GOD we where on the 6 floor. the noise was unbeliveable, at night there was partys on every floor and they would go on all night. we have been to salou for the past 9 years and have never had this problem. we complained to management but had no responce. As a family we love SALOU as it has alot to offer, but dont stay here, you can do alot better for your money as these are not cheap.

let me start by saying i actually never go by these reviews people leave i try to make up my own mind, but i had no idea i would be writing one myself, i would not advice anyone to stay here unless totally desperate and want a mattress to sleep on, i have just came back with five of my friends after staying for a week, the location is actually perfect and cannot be faulted as it is beside shops, pubs, and the beach, The problem started when we went into reception, the people behind the desk are not at all polite or helpful we were just handed a key and asked to pay 50 euro per person in case anything in the room would be damaged which i totally agree with, we were told we would get this back in cash when we leave, but we had to practically beg for the money back as they wanted bank account details, if you have a credit card its better to use that as they will not take cash just your credit card number. the room is very basic no kettle , toaster, toilet paper etc, all you get is beds a cooker and microwave, kettles and irons can be rented in reception but we were not told about this we only seen it when leaving!!!! our air conditioning was broken, toiliet broken, shower flooded, we informed people at reception but they looked at us as if we had spoken a foreign language , as they had very bad english and kept ignoring us and answering the phone!!!!! you get three towels no one comes to change them or clean the room that only gets done when your checked out for the next peroson. we were leaving at seven in the moring for the air port but had a problem leaving the key back as reception was not 24 hour until july and they could not tell us what time recption closed at!!!! Very dirty pool downstairs which anyone off the street can use!!!! very very noisey people running around ringing door bells shouting and banging as all balconys are right beside each other, we felt very un safe because there is no phone in the apartment to ring reception and even if there was reception is closed!!!! there is a fantastic hotel across the road from this place book there!!! Baisically its a hostel your giving a key to a room and good luck to ya after that your on your own. PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here worst place i ever came across, salou is beautiful this place wrecks it!!!

Stayed here because our booked appts were chained up and closed, Were desperate. Extremely basic no bath towels, no kettle. no hair dryer, no english TV, no toilet paper. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool was clean but charged for sun beds. We survived but would not recommend it
